Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

The materials contained on our site are provided for general information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such.
We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.

HOW TO ORDER
All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket and payment facility provided. Please do NOT email us your order and/or payment details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given using this method.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by debit or credit card, either VISA (Credit, Debit, Electron) or Mastercard or Maestro. We are unable to accept cheques, cash or postal orders through the website. Orders will only be processed if you provide the cardholders name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode that appears on the card statement. No responsibility will be taken by Jayne Beckett Facial Aesthetics or J B Aesthetics Ltd for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. Fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
DELIVERY
All our deliveries are FREE to UK addresses; we aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it. All our packages will be sent First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
We will provide you a tracking code on confirmation of order via email, which you can use on the Royal Mail Track and Trace Tool. Where you will be able to find online proof of delivery and view an online copy of the confirmation signature.
Our delivery service is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt.
If you would like to send your order as a gift, you can select the gift-wrap option at the delivery options stage of the ordering process. If you select the gift-wrap option, those items, will be presented in our signature gift packaging.

PRICING
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat this order as cancelled.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Only one promotion code can be used per order, selected brand / product exclusions may apply, a promotion code cannot be used after the order has been placed. All promotions and discounts are done so at our discretion and can be revoked at any time.
To receive any promotion or discount , you must be: (a) A UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry and (c) a registered customer of Jayne Beckett Facial Aesthetics. ● Discounts and promotions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of JBFA or anyone promoting the project. ● All entries must be by signing up to mailing list onsite. ● No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. ● In the event of a competition the winner will be chosen at random from all those entrants who have filled in their details. ● Only one entry per person. ● If you win, we will notify you by email ● If we do not get a response to the email within two weeks, the prize will be offered to a runner-up. ● If the runner up does not respond or is unable to accept the prize it will then be offered to another runner up, and so on. ● Our decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. ● You can find out who has won a particular project email● The prize/discount/promotional item is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize. ● If, for any reason, an advertised prize/discount/promotional item is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. ● As we say in our privacy policy, we will not pass on your details to a third party without your consent. ● Prizes and promotional products will be distributed within 30 days of application ● No entries or applicationa can be made via email or telephone ● We reserve the right to revoke promotions at any time for whatever reason.
AVAILABILITY
If any of our products are out of stock or unavailable we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a refund or alternative delivery date.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and plastic wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only give refunds on opened goods if they are faulty.

CANCELLATION
We aim to meet the distance selling regulations and every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving their goods. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at info@jbfaclinics.com as soon as possible, the latest being within 7 days of receiving your goods. If the goods have been received you must return them following the instructions provided in the returns form. Items should be unused, unopened and their original packaging and must be accompanied by the original delivery note, then sent by recorded delivery. Where items are unwanted you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Refunds will be made to the card, which you originally used for the purchase. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
DAMAGES
If you receive an item that has been damaged in the post please report this to us within 7 working days of delivery. Please email info@jbfaclinics.com with your full name your order number and details of the damage including a photograph. We will arrange for replacements to be sent to you at your convenience and will send a returns packet to you for the damaged goods.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to deal with all complaints a s quickly and effectively as possible. Please direct all complaints in writing to customer services via email to info@jbfaclinics.com We will acknowledge any complaint made through the website via email within 5 days and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
ACCESSING OUR SITE
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and have permission to use all material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved.
